With extended access and helpful features, ITMs make it easier to get the banking services you need when it works for you.

Get assistance with your transactions on screen from a Summit Choice team member

Deposits

Our ITMs accept cash and check deposits

Check Cashing

Members can cash checks when connected to a live teller during business hours

Withdrawals

Make cash withdrawals 24/7 (the ITM at our Tillman branch allows members to decide which denominations they would like, including ones, fives, 20s and 100s)

Transfers

Transfer funds within your accounts

Loan Payments

Make payments on your loans (excluding mortgage products)

ID Verification

Quickly verify your identity with a simple ID scan for added security and convenience

Balances

View the balance of your accounts, including loan accounts

Live tellers are available to assist you during the following hours:

Monday-Tuesday: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Wednesday: 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Thursday-Friday: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Yes, while live tellers and check cashing are only available during certain hours, all other transactions can be completed at our ITMs 24/7.

You can ask for a live teller simply by pressing the Help button during live teller hours.

We currently have an ITM located at our Tillman Road branch (ITM functionality opening October 9, 2026) and our New Haven branch. In the future, they will be available at all six of our branch locations.

You only need your ID to cash checks at an ITM, or if a live teller needs to verify your identity.

Yes, checks can be cashed with the assistance of a live teller during live teller hours.
